So, we’ll ask you plenty of questions about what you’re looking for, your location and access, and your budget. You may not be entirely sure about your needs, No problem. It’s almost certain that we’ll have something to suit you, or your loved one to a T.
By the same token, It’s highly likely that we can source your ideal make and model if we don’t hold it in stock.

A piano’s tone and touch are everything and one size doesn’t fit all.
Pianos are distinct. Depending on their type, age, size and make, they can sound quite different.
In truth, to make an informed decision, you will need to try a few out. They’re highly personal things and you’ll want to connect with the one that suits you best. Let’s make an appointment. Here, you can take your time to play as many pianos as you like; just sit down at the piano stool and get inspired. We’d love to hear you play, but we won’t hover over you, or hurry you along.
After all, your instrument will be in your home for years to come. It has to sound right and feel right.
Our showroom is open 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, 10.00am to 3.00pm Friday, and 10.00am to 4.00pm Saturday.
Delivery
We’re delighted that you’ve bought your piano from Brighton Piano Warehouse. Did you know that straightforward, local deliveries are usually within a few days – and sometimes sooner?
Most deliveries are included in the price, but not always. Access may be more complicated or require extra resources. However, we’ll always let you know this beforehand.
Bought your piano, but you’re not quite ready? Don’t let it get away. After purchase, we can hold your piano in storage for as as long as you need.
First-Time Tuning
Once your piano is in situ, you should allow for 2-3 weeks for it to “settle”. Then, you can contact our piano tuner directly for your first tune-up, which for the first visit is free of charge.
